After a buffet style meal, we got down to the business at hand. For those of you that were unable to attend, what follows is a brief synopsis of the meeting.
We received 1000 Keystone Kruisers business cards from JnJ Graphix that we had ordered. The cost to the club was $25.42. The bill for same was given to the secretary for payment. If you would like some cards to pass out at cruises, please see the President.
It was decided by hand vote that the (previously voted on) burnt orange shirts shall be printed with blue writing.
We were advised that the cost for the Cruise shirts shall be as follows:
S to XL - $6.50
XXL - $9.50
XXXL - $10.50
Upon final count of shirts to be ordered, the order shall be submitted to the Village Idiot for printing. Payment shall be made to Rich Anderson when the shirt(s) are picked up. Anyone desiring to order a shirt(s), contact me or any Officer ASAP.
It was decided by hand vote to contact Kittanning Care Center and attempt to have a small cruise at their facility on Friday, 5/18/18. We hope that they can provide a large screen TV and we shall show DVDs of past cruises to the residents. Further details to follow.
Confirmed, via email, that DJ Manny had us contracted for our cruise.
Reported that Terry JOHNS cousin, Pamela Stewart, passed away unexpectedly. We send him and his family our deepest sympathies.
